About the Role

KMA Global Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and convert prospects into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate has strong convincing power, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the marketing and field team for lead generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with client meetings and site visits
- Immediate joiners preferred
