About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in bulk hiring, particularly someone who has worked in the hotel and hospitality industry.

The primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a robust pipeline of Caregivers, while also supporting hiring for other frontline and operational roles as the business grows.

The ideal candidate will understand how to source, screen, and close candidates at scale and should have strong experience hiring people from frontline, service-oriented backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring of Caregivers and other frontline roles.
- Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, walk-in drives, job fairs, colleges, and other sourcing channels.
- Leverage experience and networks from the hospitality industry to identify candidates with strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and customer-facing experience.
- Conduct high-volume screening and interviews while assessing candidates for attitude, reliability, communication, and suitability for caregiving roles.
- Coordinate interview, selection, documentation, background verification, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a ready pipeline to support urgent and ongoing hiring requirements.
- Work closely with the operations team to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics including applications, screenings, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, and time-to-hire.




- Develop new sourcing strategies to consistently improve candidate volume and quality.
- Build relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Support hiring for other roles as required, including frontline, customer-facing, sales, operations, and support positions.

Requirements
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with significant experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
- Mandatory: Prior recruitment experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hiring frontline and service-oriented employees.
- Experience hiring large volumes of candidates within tight timelines.
- Experience conducting walk-in drives, mass recruitment campaigns, and local sourcing initiatives.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with aggressive hiring targets and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to build candidate pipelines independently rather than relying solely on job portals.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality talent market and frontline workforce.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives, job fairs, and other sourcing activities when required.
