Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Senior R&D; Engineer to support the development of innovative medical devices from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product design, simulation, prototyping, machine development, coding, materials engineering, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new medical devices and improve existing products.
- Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.




- Perform engineering simulations and analyze product performance.
- Develop prototypes and support product testing activities.
- Design and build fixtures, tools, equipment, and automated systems for R&D; and manufacturing.
- Write software and automation programs for testing, machine control, and data analysis.
- Work with metals, polymers, and advanced materials used in medical devices.
- Support process development, troubleshooting, and manufacturing transfer activities.
- Conduct technical investigations, root cause analysis, and product improvements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and clinical teams during product development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and medical device trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in medical device product development.
- SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar CAD software.
- Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, PLC, or similar programming platforms.
- Knowledge of metallurgy, material science, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in coding, automation, machine building, or equipment development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
