We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor/billing Manager ( @ Bangalore / kochi /Ambala).

As a Quantity Surveyor / Billing in the Construction industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction and development projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that construction projects are executed within budget and cost-effective, while maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing budgets, analyzing expenses, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

Senior Quality Surveyor/billing Engineer & Assistant Quality Engineer/ Billing Engineer.

- Collaborate with the project team to accurately estimate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for the construction project.
- Planning for day today activities and procuring all the resources needed.
- Knowledge of Standard mode of measurement, BOQ preambles. Knowledge of BBS (bar bending schedules.
- Preparation and Submission of Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing.
- Calculation of bill of quantities, Estimation of cost, Material reconciliation.
- Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill.
- Submission of Non Tendered items bill along with required documents (Rate analysis / supporting documents).
- Preparation of Projected Billing.




- Comparison of Budgeted cost vs billing vs Expenditure.
- Knowledge of IS Codes.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
- Write MIS reports.
- Preparing RA bills.
- Preparing reconciliation of construction materials.
- Co-ordination with Site In-charge and update the same with MD
- Preparing rate analysis and BOQ
- Bill and cash flow inspection prepared by junior technical staffs.
- Candidates having experience in Residential Apartments, Commercial buildings will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification / Experience Required

- Bachelor's degree-B. tech -B.E/ Diploma in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture etc.
- 8 to 15 years of experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor & 4 to 10 years of Experience as Assistant QS /Billing Engineer within construction.
- Previous working experience in Government project would be an added advantage.
- Comfortable designing and Planning blueprints and drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Robust leadership and management skills
