Job Title: Senior Property Consultant

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Overview A Senior Property Consultant helps clients to rent properties. They provide expert advice on real estate markets, manage property transactions, and build strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Provide professional advice on property prices, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features to clients.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and manage property documentation and agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up for future opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Age Group- Between 22 to 35 years only
- Self-motivated with strong sales skills.
