A Senior Project Manager – ELV (Extra Low Voltage) typically manages the planning, execution, commissioning, and handover of ELV/ICT systems for commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Position: Senior Project Manager – ELV

Department: Projects

Experience: 10–15+ years, preferably with 5+ years in a senior project-management role in Government project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV projects from design and planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage multiple ELV systems, including:
- CCTV and video surveillance
- Structured cabling and networking
- SMATV/IPTV
- Audio-visual systems
- Security and other low-current systems
- Review approved designs, shop drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and specialist subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and contractual milestones.
- Manage project risks, variations, claims, delays, and commercial issues.
- Lead technical coordination meetings and project review meetings.
- Ensure materials and equipment comply with approved specifications and project standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, integration,



and system demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards,and client specifications.
- Manage project documentation
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams.
- Coordinate authority inspections and obtain required approvals/certifications.
- Ensure successful project handover and closure within agreed time, cost, and quality targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of relevant ELV/low-current project experience.
- Robust knowledge of ELV systems, integration, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects or railway projects.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and project-management tools.
- Successful testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
- Successful client handover and closeout.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
