About us

GobbleCube is an agentic growth operating system designed to help brands scale profitably across digital marketplaces. Founded in November 2022 by the ex- core team of Blinkit, the platform went live commercially from private beta in September 2024.

Since then, GobbleCube has scaled rapidly, supporting 400+ brands across enterprise and D2C, growing revenue 10X, and onboarding 45 of India’s largest CPG enterprises in just the last 9 months, including HUL, Nivea, Tata Consumer Products, ITC, Godrej, Beiersdorf, MTR, L’Oréal, Hershey’s, and many more.

As commerce becomes more distributed and hyperlocal, GobbleCube is building agentic solutions to help brands navigate complexity in real time, across visibility, performance marketing, supply chain, and growth strategy. Headquartered in Gurugram, the company supports brands across India, MENA, and LATAM.

About the role

You'll own one core part of our product from end to end: the problem, the design, and how it gets better with every release.

It's a product full of data and full of decisions. The people using it are brand managers, marketers, account managers and CXOs who open it to answer a question about their business and act on it right away. Designing for them means holding a lot of complexity in your head and then hiding almost all of it.

You'll work directly with a product manager and a set of engineers, alongside a junior designer whose growth you'll help shape. You'll report to the Design Manager and work closely with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

- Own your part of the product from end to end: talk to users, frame the problem, design it, hand it off, then keep improving it after launch
- Move fast. Get to a rough answer, put it in front of people, and make it better, instead of polishing one flow until it's late
- Take messy, half-defined problems with three people asking for different things, and turn them into something that feels obvious to use
- Talk to customers directly,

from brand teams and marketing teams to account managers and our own sales and success folks, and turn what you hear into decisions rather than notes
- Work shoulder to shoulder with PMs and engineers: agree on scope, review what's built, and catch the gap between the design and what actually shipped
- Design for numbers. Tables, charts, alerts, spend and rupee-level detail are the material you work with, not a section of the screen
- Go beyond dashboards. Charts and tables are one answer, not the only one. We want someone who'll propose a way of working that nobody asked for and then prove it
- Decide what "this worked" means before you launch, then go check
- Use AI as part of how you work, and make the rest of us better at it: research, exploration, copy, prototyping, writing code
- Build with the design system and add back to it, so your work doesn't drift away from the rest of the product
- Help the design team grow. Review the junior designer's work and unblock them, share what you learn, and raise the standard for everyone

Required Skills

- 4-7 years designing software products, ideally SaaS or something else where the problems are genuinely hard
- Excellent command of typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, density, and consistency, with a sharp eye for detail and simplicity.
- Able to prioritize effectively, and make smart decisions about what to simplify, ship, iterate, or spend more time refining.
- Demonstrates depth in a few meaningful product problems, showcasing the thinking, iterations, trade-offs, and outcomes rather than just a collection of screens.
- Able to read a dataset, question a metric, and design around what the data actually does rather than what a nice-looking chart suggests
- Comfortable using AI as part of your everyday design process and can leverage AI tools to improve speed, exploration, and decision-making.
- Brings recent ideas and opportunities to the table, challenges assumptions, and can confidently articulate and defend design decisions.
- Proactively identify problems and opportunities instead of waiting for them to be assigned.
