La Bake Amore is one of Asia’s largest specialised baking education institutes, offering professional training in baking and pâtisserie. With programmes ranging from focused workshops to advanced diploma courses, we are committed to developing the next generation of professional bakers and pastry chefs.

We are looking for a driven, skilled and creative Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

Work Location

MG Road, near Trinity Metro Station, Bengaluru

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Depending on skills, experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and standardise new recipes, products and baking techniques
- Design, update and improve course curriculum and training modules
- Conduct hands-on practical and theory training sessions
- Demonstrate professional baking and pâtisserie techniques to students
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Plan and manage day-to-day kitchen and training operations
- Maintain consistent standards of product quality, presentation and execution
- Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen discipline
- Contribute to the development of current courses and workshops
- Create a professional, disciplined and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

- Strong technical fundamentals in bakery and pâtisserie




- Excellent practical understanding of professional baking techniques
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring
- Creativity with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- Degree in Hotel Management with a specialisation/interest in Bakery & Pâtisserie, or a relevant Baking/Pâtisserie certificate or diploma
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor is preferred, but talented candidates with strong fundamentals may also be considered
