About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Operations to lead and optimise our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to build efficient processes, manage teams, improve operational performance, and drive business outcomes.

This is a leadership role for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows.
- Manage and mentor operations teams, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and performance.
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and performance targets.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership, HR, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular operational reports to senior management.
- Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, and operational capacity.
- Establish SOPs and ensure consistent adherence across teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimisation, and process improvement.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Support client and stakeholder management when required.
- Ensure operational processes align with company goals and business objectives.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a related management role.




- Proven experience managing teams and leading operational functions.
- Strong understanding of process management, KPI tracking, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational workflows.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with productivity and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project-management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of operational responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, startup, or remote-first company.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Experience with process automation and operational analytics.
- Strong knowledge of business planning and resource management.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership.
