Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Manager- Partnerships & Strategic Alliances for a fast-growing corporate health insurance advisory platform focused on simplifying group health insurance for global corporates. They help companies make informed decisions on employee benefits programmes & this role will be responsible for establishing and growing international partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- GTM & Revenue Strategy -Design the GTM strategy & own the organisations revenue target across new business closure & client expansion
- Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners (corporates, CA firms, HR Consultants, business communities) to drive mutual business growth and market expansion.
- Sell-Through Business Growth: Work closely with partners to create joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, drive co-selling efforts, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- International Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture international partners to support business expansion into current geographic markets.
- Partner Enablement:
Develop structured account management strategies for each partner & Conduct training sessions and business reviews to equip partners with the necessary tools and knowledge to sell our solutions effectively.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the partner ecosystem to expand the company’s reach and drive additional revenue streams.
- Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Contract & Agreement Management: Lead negotiations, agreements, and strategic alignments with partners to ensure beneficial and scalable relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance the company’s partnership strategy.
Good to Have
- 5 years+ of experience in global GTM strategies via building partnerships & alliances
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with startups, fintech, or insurance is preferred
- Ability to structure win-win partnership models
- An analytical mindset to track ROI and performance
