About the Role

Looking for an experienced Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, and technical support functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and managerial experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, AWS/Azure, networking, security, IT service operations, and infrastructure troubleshooting . The role will be responsible for ensuring highly available, secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and operations across servers, networks, cloud, virtualization, and end-user computing.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print Services, and related Microsoft infrastructure .
- Oversee VMware virtualization environments and infrastructure availability.
- Manage and support AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure , including security, availability, and operational governance.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management for critical infrastructure services.
- Lead technical escalation and resolution of complex infrastructure and production issues.
- Manage network, firewall, VPN, connectivity, and security-related infrastructure in coordination with network/security teams.
- Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, and capacity planning .
- Develop and implement infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and operational best practices.




- Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Manage vendors, technology partners, licenses, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Mentor and develop IT infrastructure and support teams.
- Collaborate with global IT, security, application, and business teams to deliver reliable technology services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and IT governance requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Windows Server / Microsoft Infrastructure

- VMware / Virtualization
- AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Enterprise LAN/WAN and networking fundamentals
- Firewalls, VPN, and network security
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Monitoring and infrastructure management tools
- ITIL / IT Service Management processes
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange knowledge is an advantage
- Automation/scripting knowledge is a plus

Preferred Certifications

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / AWS certifications
- VMware VCP or equivalent
- Microsoft certifications
- ITIL certification
- Other relevant cloud, infrastructure, or security certifications

Candidate Profile

- 12–17+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar function.
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure and technical teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation-management capabilities.
- Experience working in a EST time zone / global enterprise environment is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic infrastructure planning with hands-on technical leadership.
