Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and Banking/Financial Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable and secure backend systems in a banking or financial services environment and should be comfortable working with distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
- Work on banking and financial services applications involving transactions, payments, accounts, lending, or related domains.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures for highly available and scalable systems.
- Integrate backend services with internal platforms, third-party systems, and financial APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.
- Participate in architecture, design, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot application performance, production issues, and complex technical problems.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineering teams.
- Implement appropriate security, authentication, authorization, and data protection practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation and cloud deployment processes.




- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure solutions follow engineering standards, security requirements, and banking best practices.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+ and object-oriented programming.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Cloud.
- Proven experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Experience working with banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and automated testing.
- Robust debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
