Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Spaces to lead the design and planning of commercial office and workplace projects.

- The ideal candidate should have robust experience in commercial interiors, office space planning, architectural design and workplace solutions.

- The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3ds Max and capable of managing projects from concept and space planning through design development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the interior design and space planning of commercial office and workplace projects.

- Develop innovative and functional design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.

- Prepare space plans, test fits, layouts and detailed design drawings for commercial office spaces.

- Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, elevations, sections, furniture layouts and working drawings.

- Create and modify designs using AutoCAD, Revit and 3ds Max.

- Plan efficient utilisation of commercial office spaces, including:

- Workstations

- Cabins

- Meeting rooms

- Conference rooms

- Reception areas

- Breakout areas

- Cafeteria/pantry spaces

- Collaboration areas

- Common areas

- Translate client requirements into practical, aesthetically appealing and cost-effective design solutions.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, project managers, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.

- Review drawings and ensure design accuracy, functionality and adherence to project requirements.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate design changes based on site conditions and execution requirements.

- Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings and design documentation.

- Assist in material, finishes, furniture and fixture selection as per project requirements.

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.





- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed design standards, timelines and quality parameters.

- Review and guide the work of junior designers and provide technical/design inputs.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

- Stay updated with emerging workplace design trends, commercial interior solutions, materials and space-planning practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Commercial Interior Design.

- Excellent knowledge of Office Space Planning and Workplace Design.

- Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and 3ds Max.

- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

- Experience in test fits, space planning and workplace layouts.

- Knowledge of working drawings and construction documentation.

- Understanding of furniture planning, materials and finishes.

- Experience in design coordination with architects, MEP consultants and execution teams.

- Strong client presentation and communication skills.

- Good project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Candidate Profile

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, workplace design or commercial real estate.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.

- Proven experience in handling commercial office/workplace projects.

- Should have independently handled projects from concept → space planning → design development → working drawings → execution coordination.

- Experience with large-scale commercial office projects will be preferred.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial/workplace interior projects.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

- Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
