We are a Gurgaon-based commercial furniture manufacturer in a solid growth phase. As we scale,



we are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of our HR function, someone who not only manages processes but actively contributes to building a strong and positive workplace culture.

What you will be doing:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Overseeing payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws)
- Driving performance management, appraisals, and review cycles
- Developing and implementing HR policies and maintaining documentation
- Handling employee engagement, grievances, and workplace culture initiatives
- Collaborating with department heads on hiring and manpower planning
- Managing exit processes and smooth offboarding

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing companies
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Zoho People, or similar
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
