- Provide professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and grooming services.
- Perform hair colouring, highlighting, smoothening, keratin, and other hair treatments.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Conduct hair and scalp assessments and suggest appropriate care routines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety.
- Handle premium/VIP clients professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, techniques, products, and trends.
- Maintain and properly use salon/clinic equipment and tools.
- Support junior hairstylists through training and guidance.
- Maintain client records and communicate treatment after-care instructions.
- Achieve assigned service and revenue targets.
