Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior GTM Operations Specialist to support the execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Professional Services, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Sales/GTM Operations, Salesforce, project coordination, reporting, and process improvement , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Operations

- Support strategic GTM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Alliances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables.
- Support strategic business initiatives and operational programs.
- Maintain process documentation, sales playbooks, and operational guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Sales Operations

- Coordinate sales requests across internal teams.
- Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene.
- Support sales programs, incentives, and operational communications.
- Assist with territory planning, account assignments, and organizational changes.
- Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for strategic opportunities.

Executive & Business Operations

- Coordinate leadership meetings, QBRs, sales kickoffs, and operational reviews.
- Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support executive presentations and reporting materials.
- Assist with leadership offsites, customer events, and internal meetings.
- Handle confidential business information professionally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Product,



and Professional Services.
- Coordinate contract routing and internal approvals.
- Support operational alignment across departments.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new sales hires.

Reporting & Analytics

- Compile operational reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key GTM and sales operational metrics.
- Support leadership reporting requests.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or Executive Operations.
- Strong experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives.
- Proven project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience working in rapid-paced technology organizations.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Education/Experience Equivalency:

- High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience , OR
- Relevant degree/certification with 5 years of related experience , OR
- 9 years of related experience in lieu of education.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, or Technology organizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau , or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira , or similar project management tools.
- Experience working in rapidly scaling or transforming organizations.
