Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and web graphics. The role involves developing and maintaining brand identity, creating logos and branding materials, and ensuring consistent use of typography and visual language across all platforms.



The individual will collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and technology teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual concepts, while managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines.

Designer will also mentor junior designers, review design work for quality and coherence, and stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve visual communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development and maintenance of visual identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and its application in layouts, marketing materials, and user interfaces.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and interpreting briefs into effective visual solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
