We're Hiring: Graphic Designer
Location:
Ahmedabad (On Site) | Type:
Full-time | Experience:
2–5 years
Let's get one thing straight
Design isn't decoration to us. It's not "make it pop" or "can we add more colour." Every font choice, every grid, every pixel, every pause between elements, it's all telling a story, whether you meant it to or not.
We want someone who obsesses over that. Someone who gets branding before trends, hierarchy before aesthetics, communication before decoration. If your Pinterest boards are weirdly organised, your Figma files actually make sense to other humans, and bad kerning ruins your whole day, you're probably one of us already.
What the role actually is
As a Mid-Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be building and maintaining the visual language of multiple brands at once. Briefs land on your desk, and your job isn't to just execute them, it's to make them better than what was asked for. You'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with strategists, copywriters, video editors, and account managers, making sure everything that leaves Barecce feels intentional, premium, and unmistakably us.
What you'll actually be doing
Shaping how brands look and feel
Keeping visual consistency across every account, turning strategy into visuals people stop scrolling for, building moodboards and directions before anyone touches a mous, and thinking in systems, not one-off posts.
Living in the social and digital world
Static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, campaign creatives across platforms, ads that are designed to actually perform (not just look nice), and the occasional deck when someone needs to present something beautifully.
Getting your hands dirty in print
Packaging, merch,
event creatives, standees, brochures, visiting cards, outdoor branding, restaurant menus, signage, collaterals, if it can be printed, laminated, or handed out at an event, it'll probably come through you at some point.
Owning the creative bar
Mentoring juniors and interns, checking work before it reaches a client, keeping SOPs and libraries in order, organising files like someone else might need to find them (because they will), and handing over clean, editable source files without being chased for them.
Being genuinely part of the team
Showing up to brainstorms with opinions, teaming up with copywriters so the words and visuals actually support each other, syncing with video editors for campaigns that feel cohesive, and jumping in on shoots when creative direction is needed on the ground.
Who we're picturing
Someone who thinks past Canva templates. Who understands typography and layout well enough to explain why something works, not just that it does. Someone with taste - real taste, the kind you can defend in a room full of opinions. Detail-oriented to a slightly unhealthy but very productive degree. Comfortable juggling multiple brands without any one of them feeling like an afterthought. Someone who takes feedback and moves quick,
not someone who gets precious about a first draft.
Must-haves
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally InDesign
- Figma, and advanced Canva chops
- Strong grip on typography, grid systems, and colour theory
- Brand identity design and social media design
- Comfort with print-ready artwork and presentation design
Bonus points for
- Motion graphics (After Effects) or basic video editing
- AI-assisted design workflows
- Illustration skills
- Packaging experience
- Restaurant or lifestyle brand background
- Time spent inside a creative or branding agency
What "doing well" looks like a few months in You're owning the visual execution across multiple client accounts. The overall design quality at Barecce has visibly gone up because of you. You've built systems that make designing faster, not just prettier. People start coming to you for the final quality check before anything goes out. And the benchmark for what "leaves the agency" has quietly gotten higher.
Why Barecce, really
Because here, designers don't just "make posts", they shape brands. You'll get room to experiment, push back on creative direction, pitch your own ideas, and build a portfolio full of work you're actually proud of, not just work that paid the bills.
If details matter to you as much as they matter to us, we'll get along fine.
Send us
- Portfolio (mandatory, no exceptions here)
- Resume
- Behance/Dribbble, if you've got one
- Your design Instagram, if you're willing to share (bonus points, not mandatory)
Because at Barecce, we're not hiring people to make creatives. We're hiring people who can make brands feel unforgettable.
