Senior Manager – Finance (Manufacturing)

Location: Bongaigaon, Assam or Delhi (NSP)

Role Overview

High-performance finance lead to manage banking relations, fund planning, factory compliance, plant costing, and financial controls. This role serves as a key strategic partner to plant operations, driving cross-functional alignment, working capital optimization, and execution of funding strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Banking, Fund Planning & Project Reports: Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs) and financial models for bank appraisals; secure term loans, working capital, and LC lines; manage banking relations and loan covenants.

Team Leadership & Plant Coordination: Lead, mentor, and build the factory accounting team; partner closely with plant operations, procurement, supply chain, and government authorities to ensure smooth financial workflows.

Government Incentives: Identify and unlock manufacturing subsidies, production-linked incentives, and state grants.

Costing & Budgeting: Direct plant-level annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (raw materials, labor,



overheads); build CapEx models for expansion and machinery.

Plant Accounting & Controls: Oversee inventory valuation, WIP, asset depreciation, scrap management, and monthly financial closes.

Compliance & Audits: Lead industrial operational licensing, GST/state tax filings, and seamlessly coordinate statutory, internal, and cost audits across departments.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

Option A: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.

Mandatory: Background in a manufacturing or plant workplace.

Technical Skills: Preparation of bankable project reports (DPRs), mastery of factory accounting, plant costing, taxation, and ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven team management experience, strong inter-departmental coordination, assertive communication, and sharp stakeholder negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
