Your work profile

- Manage and administer SAP systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and system monitoring.
- Handle SAP user administration, roles, authorizations, transports, and security.
- Perform system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and database/application server management.
- Manage SAP HANA databases, backups, recovery, system refreshes, and high-availability activities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, implementations, and production environments, including incident resolution.

Key skills required

- Administer and maintain SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.
- Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, kernel updates, support pack implementation, and system refresh activities.
- Monitor SAP system health, performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage Transport Management System (TMS), transport requests,



and production deployments.
- Perform client copies, system copies, database refreshes, and landscape synchronization activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP application servers, work processes, background jobs, spool management, and interface connectivity.
- Perform SAP HANA database administration activities, including monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
- Support SAP Security teams with user administration, role transport, and authorization-related activities.
- Coordinate with functional, ABAP, Security, CPI, and infrastructure teams during project implementation and production support.
- Monitor system logs, analyze technical issues, and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and operational manuals.
- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, cloud migration, and SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Perform system performance tuning and recommend improvements for infrastructure optimization.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, audit requirements, and change management processes.

Education Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
