Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute analytical methods for biosimilar products using techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, MSAT, etc.

- Transfer technology from R&D; to manufacturing scale-up by ensuring process validation and equipment qualification.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to upstream processing and cell culture.

- Conduct method development activities for recent product launches or process improvements.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in analytical development (ADL) and bioanalytical testing.

- Strong understanding of biologics/biosimilars production processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines).

- Experience in technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing scale-up is essential.

- Proficiency in various analytical techniques including HPLC, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, MSAT.
