- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Carry out minor electrical repairs, wiring checks, lighting replacements, and DB maintenance.
- Handle plumbing repairs including leak fixing, pipe replacement, and sanitary fittings.
- Support HVAC maintenance such as filter cleaning, thermostat checks, and AC troubleshooting.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and civil repair work.
- Maintain generators, pumps, motors, and water systems.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Record daily maintenance activities and submit service reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
- Assist during emergency situations and facility shutdowns.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Requirements

- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.
