- Design and implement Zscalersolutions to meet the organization's security and networking requirements.
- Configure and optimize Zscaler policies, rules, and settings to enhance security and performance.
- Collaborate with network,security, and IT teamsto integrate Zscalersolutions into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze Zscaler logs, alerts, and reports to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Provide technicalsupport and troubleshooting for Zscaler-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features, capabilities, and best practices to continuously improve our Zscaler deployment.
- Conduct periodic assessments and audits of the Zscaler environment to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Zscaler technologies, providing guidance and training to junior team members.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Work Experience & Skills:

- 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Zscaler deployments in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of network security principles,



including firewalls, proxies, VPNs, and encryption.
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler products, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) & Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for managing Zscaler configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Existing experience of implementing ZIA & ZPA products across large scale customers
- Relevant certifications for ZSCALER will be preferred, however atleast 1 certificate in ZIA & ZPA is must.

Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours – 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern), mix of WFO and WFH. The working hours may get extended due to nature of the business.
