Role Overview :

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex data landscapes and strategic business decision-making. You will spend your day architecting robust data pipelines, performing deep-dive exploratory data analysis, and translating raw metrics into actionable insights that drive product growth and operational efficiency.

Working in close collaboration with cross-functional product managers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders, you will ensure that data-backed narratives influence high-stakes business outcomes. Your work will directly shape the customer experience by identifying behavioral patterns and optimizing performance metrics across our global platforms, operating seamlessly within our distributed team environment across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engineer scalable data processing workflows using PySpark to handle large-scale datasets, ensuring high availability and performance for downstream analytics.
- Conduct comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and anomalies, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into business health.
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data, enabling accurate reporting for leadership teams.
- Partner with product and engineering leads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build automated dashboards that track progress against strategic objectives.




- Translate technical findings into compelling visual stories and presentations, ensuring that non-technical stakeholders can easily grasp complex data insights.
- Mentor junior analysts by establishing best practices in data modeling and coding standards to elevate the overall technical maturity of the team.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and data quality improvements to reduce manual overhead and enhance decision-making speed.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging PySpark for distributed data processing and large-scale data manipulation within cloud-based environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a proven ability to optimize query performance and manage complex relational database schemas.
- Robust analytical mindset with a track record of performing rigorous EDA to solve ambiguous business problems and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical insights to diverse audiences, including senior management and technical peers.
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across distributed locations.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
- 7 to 16 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering roles, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
