We are currently looking for a Senior CQV Engineer to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

- Responsible for commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV) activities for pharmaceutical filling line equipment and associated systems.
- Develop, review and execute CQV documentation including URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols and reports.
- Support commissioning activities including equipment start-up, functional testing, alarms, interlocks and sequence verification.
- Perform qualification of filling line equipment including washers, depyrogenation tunnels, fillers, stoppering and capping systems .
- Support qualification of aseptic filling systems, RABS and isolators , where applicable.
- Ensure CQV activities are executed in compliance with GMP, EU GMP Annex 1, site procedures and regulatory requirements .




- Review and verify critical process parameters, instrumentation, calibration requirements and equipment acceptance criteria.
- Investigate and document deviations, discrepancies and qualification failures , ensuring appropriate resolution and closure.
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure qualification testing demonstrates compliance with approved user and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, Automation and equipment vendors to deliver systems through qualification and handover to operations.
