Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, planning, quality control, safety, manpower and material coordination, subcontractor management, and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site. Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule. Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.

Plan daily requirements for manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor work progress and ensure planned targets are achieved.

Ensure proper quality control and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. Coordinate inspection and approval of completed works. Monitor and control material consumption, productivity, and construction costs.

Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and documentation. Coordinate with the planning and billing teams for measurements, quantities, subcontractor bills, and client billing. Prepare/review Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and reinforcement requirements where applicable.

Resolve technical and site execution issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and conduct regular site inspections.



Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Attend client/consultant meetings and address technical and execution-related queries. Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, MEP, and finishing activities. Monitor snagging and rectification works before handover.

Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution. Good understanding of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, finishing, and structural works. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and BBS. Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.

Experience 6–10+ years of relevant experience in construction/site execution, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
