Job Summary

Position holder shall be responsible for ensuring completion of all the tasks assigned by the supervisor within the stipulated turnaround time meeting the said quality standards, also should be adhering to all the set company policies

Competencies:

- Analyze and comprehend data pertaining to residential full search
- Interpret title search information pertaining to blue, green,



yellow/ extensive files Follow standardized work habits and adapt to changes
- Analyze and diagnose issues faced during residential full search under PI, GI, Liens, Starter Exceptions and other relevant aspects
- Distinguish between relevant information and irrelevant information for the Full search process
- Analyze if the information available is sufficient; determine if back plant is required
- Verifying and including all relevant information pertaining to Vesting, Agreements, CC&R;, money matters, taxes, refinancing, claims etc. in the full search title report "
- Title insurance industry and market factors leading to strong growth in existing home sales and the house price index
- Leveraging domain knowledge while performing the Production activities"

Technical Skills:

- Application such as QUICK, Eagle Pro, Eagle Search Product, ArcGis/ICO Maps and Deed Plotter, etc.
- Search tools such as Data Tree, Data Trace, RDRI, Title Scan, etc.
- Delivery tools such as E-Mail, Fax, Real Time Mail (RTM), etc.
- Retrieving information from Online sites
- Working of products EaglePro Link, Final Delivery documents etc.
- Design of the templates generated

Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 13 years of formal education – Graduate

Professional work experience of 2 to 3 years
