Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Backend to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance software solutions for the construction technology industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development using Python and Django , along with a solid understanding of scalable architecture, software design patterns, security, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.
- Strong experience with Python and Django .
- Experience building high-performance and scalable backend services .
- Solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns .
- Robust focus on software quality, including security, scalability, and performance .
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
