About the Role: We are looking for an architect with a strong understanding of architectural design, technical documentation, GFC drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, knowledge of estimation, tendering, and project execution.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Ability to prepare and develop detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preparation and coordination of architectural working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
- Good knowledge of Structural and MEPF drawing coordination and interdisciplinary integration.
- presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop and present design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and MS Office.
- Ability to identify design, coordination,



and site-related issues and develop practical and effective solutions.
- Positive understanding of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and basic project costing.
- Knowledge and exposure to tender documentation, tendering processes, specifications, and evaluation of contractor quotations.
- Well-versed with local development norms, NBC (National Building Code), and relevant architectural standards.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Solid attention to detail with a proactive approach towards design development, GFC documentation, estimation, tendering, and project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver work within project timelines and quality standards.
