Role Overview

Position: Senior AI Systems Engineer (Azure & Multi-Agent) - Immediate Joiner

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior AI Systems Engineer who should be an Immediate Joiner to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will own the full engineering lifecycle—from architecting multi-agent orchestration workflows to shipping stateful Copilot Studio extensions and enterprise RAG pipelines.

This is not a "prototype or demo" role; we are looking for a true systems engineer who builds robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement multi-agent systems using Azure OpenAI alongside frameworks like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Build and extend enterprise Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, custom connectors, and Microsoft 365 Copilot plugins.
- Engineer high-performance RAG pipelines leveraging Azure AI Search, dense/hybrid vector embeddings, and persistent memory management.
- Deploy, scale,



and monitor containerized AI workloads on Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate agent tools with enterprise APIs, databases, and enterprise data fabrics.
- Own solution delivery end-to-end: PoC validation, architecture review, security hardening, production rollout, and post-go-live optimization.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of skilled software engineering experience, including 2+ years dedicated to building and deploying GenAI/LLM applications in production.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the Azure OpenAI Service and orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph).
- Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid grasp of async programming, FastAPI, and containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps).
- Practical mastery of prompt orchestration, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and autonomous agent patterns.
- Proven experience with vector search engines (Azure AI Search, pgvector, Qdrant) and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on builds with Copilot Studio (custom topics, Power Automate integration, Teams/web deployments).
- Active Microsoft certifications: AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate), AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate), or related Azure AI credentials.
- Public GitHub repositories showcasing agentic workflows, open-source AI tooling, or LLM benchmarks.
- Working knowledge of Responsible AI practices, guardrails, and Azure AI Content Safety integrations.
