The Role

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who enjoys building products, not just models. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll own end-to-end product capabilities, from idea to production. You'll design intelligent agent workflows, integrate LLMs with security tooling, build scalable backend services, and ship customer-facing features independently.

This is not a role where you'll be working on isolated ML experiments. You'll be responsible for delivering production-ready AI capabilities that customers use every day. You'll work directly with the founders and become a key member of the engineering team.

What You'll Do

- Own complete product features from design through deployment.
- Design and build production-grade AI agents and autonomous workflows.
- Build systems around LLMs, retrieval, memory, planning,



and orchestration.
- Integrate AI agents with cybersecurity tools, APIs, and external systems.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Work closely with founders to rapidly convert customer feedback into product.
- Take responsibility for engineering decisions and product quality.
- Contribute to architecture and technical direction as the company grows.

What We're Looking ForRequired
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Previous startup experience is mandatory .
- Ideally part of a founding or early engineering team.
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver complete product features.
- Strong Python engineering skills.
- Experience building production applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
- Experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast.
- Strong product mindset and ownership.

Bonus Points
- Cybersecurity experience.
- Offensive security or penetration testing knowledge.
- Experience building AI agents for security workflows.
- Knowledge of attack techniques, reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, or exploit development.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.




- Experience with MCP, tool calling, RAG, memory systems, and multi-agent architectures.
- Contributions to open-source AI or cybersecurity projects.
