? Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Full-Stack Engineer who can build production-grade agentic AI solutions end-to-end — from understanding business processes and designing agent workflows to application development, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

This role goes beyond developing the AI/agent layer. The engineer will build the complete application and workflow ecosystem required to make AI agents secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

? Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into technical stories, agent behaviors, workflows, interfaces, validation rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Build AI agents using patterns for tool calling, planning, retrieval, state, memory, structured outputs, approvals, and exception handling .
- Develop backend services, APIs, microservices, event handlers, schedulers, data transformations, and workflow components.
- Build or integrate web, chat, assistant, and embedded application experiences .
- Integrate agents with enterprise applications, knowledge bases, data stores, search platforms, identity systems, and approved LLM/model endpoints.
- Implement RAG and context-engineering solutions including ingestion, chunking, metadata, retrieval, reranking, grounding, citations, and access-aware filtering.
- Develop unit, integration, contract, security, and end-to-end test suites.
- Contribute to golden datasets, simulation, adversarial testing, and regression testing.
- Implement application logging, tracing, metrics, token/cost telemetry, tool-call visibility, and user-feedback mechanisms .
- Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines and support release validation, environment promotion,



rollback, incident diagnosis, and remediation.
- Participate in architecture/design reviews, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Build reusable agent, tool, workflow, and integration patterns for broader organizational adoption.

? Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of professional software, AI/ML, platform, or application engineering experience.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM, RAG, AI Assistants, Agentic AI, Intelligent Workflows, or AI-enabled applications .
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js , or equivalent enterprise languages.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data structures, error handling, and automated testing .
- Practical knowledge of:

? Preferred Skills

- Experience developing or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools/servers .
- Full-stack development using React, Angular, or equivalent contemporary web frameworks .
- Experience with Vector Databases, Enterprise Search, Graph Databases, Document Processing,



or Multimodal Data .
- Experience with agent frameworks such as:
- LangGraph
- Semantic Kernel
- AutoGen
- LlamaIndex
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- Equivalent frameworks
- Experience with AI evaluation, tracing, prompt/tool versioning, red-team testing, and production quality gates .
- Experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Productivity, IT Operations, Identity, Service Management, or Data Platforms .

Backend: FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, Express, NestJS

Frontend: React, Angular, or equivalent

Agentic AI: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP

Integration: REST, gRPC, Events

Data: SQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases, Enterprise Search, Graph Databases

Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless, Git-based CI/CD

Observability & AI: Tracing, Evaluation, Monitoring, Token & Cost Telemetry
