Eligibility

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and finalisation
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance professional with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting, accounts finalisation, taxation, MIS reporting, and backend finance operations.

Candidates with experience in the Electronics & Semiconductor industry will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting operations and day-to-day finance activities.
- Manage accounts finalisation, including preparation and review of financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory taxation activities and compliance.
- Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, management reports, and financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation,



vendor/customer reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and taxation activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and support statutory/internal audits.
- Manage backend finance and accounting operations and ensure process efficiency.
- Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
