Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to supervise and guide a 3-member accounting team handling:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, independent review capability, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, review, and guide the GL, AR, and AP executives.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Independently review General Ledger accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and reconciliations.
- Monitor customer receivables, vendor payables, ageing, and account reconciliations.
- Review bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance and supporting schedules.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet,



and financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, accounting controls, and timely reporting.

Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience in India.
- Experience in Printing, Advertising, Signage, Packaging, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Good knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, and TDS.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Should be comfortable managing a small team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day accounting.

Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday: Alternate Saturdays working
