Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, alert, and physically fit Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of company employees, visitors, premises, materials, and assets. The Security Guard will monitor entry and exit points, conduct regular patrols, maintain security records, and immediately report any suspicious activity or emergency.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure the company premises, entry and exit points.
- Control and regulate the entry of employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identity and maintain the Visitor Inward/Outward Register.
- Check employee ID cards, visitor passes, and authorization where required.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper authorization.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, stores, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report suspicious activities or incidents.
- Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, damage, and other security violations.
- Check vehicles and materials entering or leaving the premises as per company procedures.
- Maintain daily security logs and record all important incidents and observations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with the Admin/Security Supervisor and emergency services when required.
- Ensure all doors, gates, restricted areas, and other security points are properly secured.




- Follow shift handover procedures and remain at the assigned duty location until properly relieved.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, professional appearance, and proper uniform at all times.
- Support fire-safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualification
- Minimum 10th / 12th standard preferred.
- Previous experience in security, factory, warehouse, corporate office, or similar premises is preferred.
- Security training/certification is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and medically fit for security duties.
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing is required.

Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience; experienced security personnel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
