Role Description The Security Compliance/GRC Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The analyst is responsible for assessing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, standards, and controls across the organization’s systems and processes. Day-to-day tasks include performing risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, supporting audits, and documenting findings and remediation plans.

The role involves coordinating with technology, operations, and management teams to align security practices with business objectives, as well as tracking and reporting on security metrics and governance activities. The analyst will also assist in developing awareness programs,



reviewing third-party risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and data protection practices.
- Relevant experience of 7+ years with Security Compliance/GRC Analyst.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, such as familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure network design principles.
- Candidates should possess awareness of Physical Security concepts, including facility access controls and protection of critical infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, document policies, and present compliance findings to stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), security auditing, or regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR) is highly beneficial.
- Post Graduation in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace.
