About the role

Eplanet Soft is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in improving organic visibility, website traffic, keyword performance, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, Local SEO, analytics, AEO, GEO, and AI-assisted SEO workflows .

This role is suitable for someone who can independently manage day-to-day SEO activities while working closely with senior SEO team members, content writers, and developers.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research based on search intent, competition, business goals, and target locations.
- Perform keyword mapping for service pages, landing pages, blogs, and location pages.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, internal links, anchor text, and website content.
- Conduct technical SEO audits.
- Identify crawling, indexing, redirect, canonical, sitemap, page-speed, mobile usability, and broken-link issues.
- Monitor website performance through Google Search Console.
- Work with developers to communicate technical SEO requirements.
- Optimize existing pages based on ranking, traffic, and conversion performance.
- Conduct competitor and content-gap analysis.
- Identify new content opportunities.
- Prepare SEO content recommendations and briefs for writers.
- Optimize FAQs and question-based content for search visibility.
- Support AEO initiatives for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and direct-answer opportunities.
- Support GEO initiatives for AI-powered and generative search experiences.
- Improve content structure, semantic relevance, entity coverage, and topical depth.
- Support Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization and location-page optimization.
- Conduct backlink analysis and identify relevant authority-building opportunities.
- Monitor new and lost backlinks.




- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, conversions, and landing-page performance.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with SEO, Google algorithm, AI search, AEO, and GEO developments.

AEO and GEO responsibilities The candidate should have a basic to intermediate understanding of modern search optimization.

Responsibilities include

- Identifying common questions users ask around products, services, and industries.
- Optimizing content for featured snippets and direct answers.
- Structuring content using questions, concise answers, lists, summaries, and relevant headings.
- Researching conversational and long-tail queries.
- Improving content so search engines can clearly understand important information.
- Supporting optimization for AI-driven search experiences.
- Improving topical relevance and entity relationships.
- Supporting efforts to strengthen brand mentions and authority.
- Monitoring emerging AI-search trends.

Required skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO.
- Good understanding of technical SEO.
- Practical keyword research experience.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Understanding of search intent and content optimization.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AEO and GEO.
- Understanding of Local SEO.
- Experience with backlink analysis and off-page SEO.
- Basic understanding of schema and structured data.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.




- Basic HTML knowledge from an SEO perspective.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
