Vertex O Series implementation consultant with min 7 years experience in configuring integrating and maintaining Vertex for VATGST within SAPS4 system Troubleshoot integration errors configure tax rules jurisdictions and ensure regulatory tax compliance

Key requirement

- Experience: 7+ years
- Core: Strong hands-on Vertex O-Series configuration & integration
- SAP: SAP S/4HANA, especially FI, P2P and OTC from a tax-calculation perspective
- Tax: VAT/GST, global tax compliance, withholding tax, input/output taxes
- Integration: Vertex Accelerator
- Regions: EMEA, Canada, LATAM
- Testing: Unit testing, integration testing and UAT support
- Configuration: Tax payers, taxability drivers, tax categories, commodity codes, tax assist rules, lookup tables, tax codes, exemptions and jurisdiction mapping
- Soft skills: Client interaction,

Key Responsibilities

Lead roll out for Vertex application for EUAMEACanadaLATAM regions

Configure tax payers taxability drivers tax categories commodity codes tax assist rules look up tables tax codes exemption and jurisdictions mapping

Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather tax requirements

Perform unit testing integration testing and UAT support

Required skills

Solid hands on experience in Vertex O Series configuration and integration

Deep understanding of VATGST and global tax compliance requirements

Good understanding of SAPS4 FI P2P and OTC modules from the point of tax calculation

Strong understanding of Vertex Accelerator integration tool

Knowledge multiple tax regions EUAMEACANADALATAM
