Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits Administration.

- Provide technical guidance on LMS (Learning Management System) integration with SAP SuccessFactors to ensure seamless learning experiences for employees.

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle through regular status updates and progress reports.

Job Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations or similar projects.

- Robust understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits Administration within an integrated suite like SAP SuccessFactors.

- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration with other enterprise software applications like SAP.
