:

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on configuration, customization, and support in the SAP SD module.

- Handle order-to-cash (OTC) business processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, and Credit Management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, PP, etc.) for integration-related issues.

- Provide solutions for business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues in SAP SD.

- Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).

- Assist in cutover, go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.

- Prepare training documents and provide user training when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

- Hands-on experience in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Sales Returns.

- Experience in integration with FI, MM, and WM modules.

- Positive understanding of master data (Customer Master, Material Master, Customer-Material Info Records).

- Exposure to SD-related reports, enhancements, and user exits.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
