Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, support, and enhance SAP FI and CO modules in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Work extensively on:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Work closely with ABAP and other technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
- Coordinate integration requirements between FI/CO and MM, SD, and PS modules.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation and process guides.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates and effectively manage client expectations.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of SAP financial processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI/CO).




- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and enhancements.
- Robust configuration experience in:
- GL
- AP
- AR
- Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- CO-PA
- Strong understanding of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and PS.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and work with technical/ABAP teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and business users.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial business processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Experience across multiple SAP implementation/support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and relevant S/4HANA finance processes.
- Experience in process optimization and SAP Finance transformation.
- SAP FICO certification is an advantage.
