Key Responsibilities

SAP Basis & Landscape Management

- Administer, install, upgrade, and maintain SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BW/4HANA environments.
- Perform system copies, client administration, kernel upgrades, and support package implementations.
- Manage system performance, monitoring, tuning, and database administration.
- Maintain transport routes using TMS and troubleshoot transport issues.

SAP Solution Manager

- Configure and administer SAP Solution Manager.
- Perform technical system monitoring, alert management, and root-cause analysis.
- Manage system documentation and EarlyWatch activities.

ChaRM





- Configure and govern end-to-end ChaRM workflows.
- Manage Normal Changes, Urgent Changes, and Transport of Copies.
- Govern transport workflows, approvals, and audit compliance.
- Support parallel transport cycles and production/UAT landscapes.
- Train functional consultants and developers on ChaRM processes.

System Administration & Support

- Perform daily health checks including work processes, system logs, short dumps, locks, and disk space.
- Apply SAP Notes, support packages, and kernel upgrades.
- Schedule and monitor background jobs.
- Manage client copies, RFCs, Web Dispatcher, spool systems, and interfaces.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support, RCA, and SAP OSS coordination.
- Support High Availability and Disaster Recovery activities.
