Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Get-a-Med Pharmacy. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to present pharmacy products and services, answer questions, and support the ordering process.

Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with pharmacy and support teams to ensure timely service. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits and pricing, and promoting relevant offers in compliance with pharmacy regulations.



The Salesperson will also contribute to sales reporting, participate in virtual team meetings, and support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Customer service and communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication across phone, email, and chat.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with experience handling multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups in a structured manner.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems, with basic proficiency in common office and communication software.
- Knowledge of or interest in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical products; prior experience in a health-related or retail sales environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail, especially regarding patient information, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred education: high school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
