Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum 15 years of total IT experience, including 8–10 years of strong, relevant Salesforce experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a client‑facing solution architect, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with ERP and cross‑platform systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and best practices for seamless data flow.
- Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design adheres to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Must‑Have Skills:

- Proven client‑facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.




- Hands‑on expertise in data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Strong background in Salesforce ERP integrations and cross‑platform integration frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with middleware tools
- Candidates with a valid U.S. B1 visa will be an added advantage.
