Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving business needs and improve user productivity.
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce administration, including user management, security configurations, and data integrity, to ensure a secure and secure platform environment.
- Design and maintain complex Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to streamline sales pipelines and elevate customer support workflows.




- Develop advanced SOQL and SOSL queries to optimize data retrieval and reporting performance for key business stakeholders.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AppExchange solutions to extend platform functionality and provide innovative tools for end-users.
- Implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to automate complex pricing and quoting processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in the Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce LWC, with a strong grasp of modern Javascript.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable Apex code, supported by a deep understanding of Salesforce security models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate high-level business objectives into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
