? We're Hiring: Talent Growth Architect (TGA) | Futurense
Futurense partners with top IITs, IIMs, and global universities to deliver industry-relevant education — and we're looking for a Talent Growth Architect to power the success of our Business Development Associate (BDA) team.
This is a cross-functional role blending training, quality assurance, and program management. You'll lead 3 teams:
1️⃣ QA — call audits & quality feedback
2️⃣ LSQ — CRM hygiene & referral operations
3️⃣ Community Program — engagement + L&D; initiatives
What you'll do:
? Onboard and train BDA interns & recent hires
? Drive call audits and coach for better conversions
? Track training effectiveness and build performance reports
? Partner with Recruitment, Sales & Operations for seamless execution
? Build training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
? Own the Employee Referral Program and Community Program
What we're looking for:
✅ B.Tech / BCA background
✅ 2–5 years in Sales Training, L&D;, Sales Enablement, or Quality
✅ EdTech / Inside Sales / BD training background preferred
✅ CRM experience (LeadSquared a plus)
✅ Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
? Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
? Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Sunday Off
