We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Admissions Counselor to join our growing admissions team. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in counseling candidates for BBA, MBA, DBA, PhD, or other higher education programs.

The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, understanding their academic and career objectives, and recommending suitable programs aligned with their goals. Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional counseling sessions with students and working professionals interested in BBA, MBA, DBA, and PhD programs.

Provide detailed guidance regarding program structure, eligibility criteria, admissions procedures, academic pathways, and career outcomes.

Effectively present program benefits, university partnerships, and value propositions to prospective applicants.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners through regular follow-ups and engagement.





Address candidate queries and objections professionally while assisting them throughout the enrollment process.

Collaborate closely with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion and enrollment performance.

Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and candidate interactions in CRM systems.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Admissions, or Student Recruitment.

Prior experience in counseling or selling BBA, MBA, DBA, PhD, Executive Education, or Higher Education programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Proven track record of converting inquiries into enrollments.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with education programs.

Understanding of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral education frameworks.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and admissions management systems.
