- Presales Executives to drive new business opportunities for its technology products and services.

Role Overview The selected candidates will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, starting from prospect identification and lead generation through requirement discovery, product demonstration, proposal preparation, commercial discussions and closure.

The role will primarily focus on our Healthcare ERP/Hospital Information Management System, Campus Management Software and Digital Marketing &

- Website Development Services.

The ideal candidate should combine strong sales ability with sufficient technical understanding and presentation skills to independently conduct customer discussions and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate a healthy and continuous sales pipeline by identifying suitable leads and prospects.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, LinkedIn, events and industry contacts; update in prospect database.
- Research target organizations and identify relevant decision-makers, Conduct discovery meetings with them.
- Understand customer pain points and business requirements, Map it to appropriate Dalvkot products/services.
- Prepare and present proposals, demos, conduct commercial discussions & follow up systematically until closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly,



quarterly and annual sales targets; achieve assigned weekly lead generation targets.
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure an effective sales-to-delivery handover.
- Should be able to translate technical capabilities into business benefits for the customer.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports containing related details and present to management.

Requirements

- Sales skills such as B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Consultative Selling, Negotiation, Follow-up &
- Account Management.
- Presales skills such as Product Demonstrations, Business Presentations, Requirement Discovery, Proposal Preparation &
- Solution Positioning.
- Basic understanding of SaaS / Enterprise Software, ERP, HIMS/Hospital Software, Campus Management Systems, Web Applications, Cloud/SaaS concepts &
- Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory Soft Skills include Excellent verbal communication, Excellent presentation skills, Good written English, Confidence interacting with senior management, Solid listening skills, Negotiation ability, Persistence, Professional follow up discipline, Analytical thinking, Ability to work independently, Target orientation and possess High energy and initiative.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications BE / BTech / BBA / MBA (Marketing) / BCA / MCA / Any Graduate with relevant Sales experience. Experience with any of these Domains such as Healthcare, Hospitals, Medical Education, Educational Institutions, IT Services, SaaS &

- E-commerce.

Strong Software Presales experience and proven B2B Technology Sales experience.
