- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the IT services & consulting industry.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets, providing guidance on solution selling, customer engagement, and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions around product offerings and pricing.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in cloud sales, ERP sales, IT sales or similar field.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, solution sales, or sourcing head roles.
- Solid understanding of cost optimization techniques for maximum revenue maximization.
- Experience working with Oracle products or solutions is an asset.
