Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Professionals with strong experience in the FMCG/F&B; sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence for our snacks product portfolio across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage sales across General Trade, Contemporary Trade, and HoReCa channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand distributor and retailer network in assigned areas
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Ensure product visibility, placement, and promotions in the market
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Handle stock availability and coordinate with supply chain team
- Conduct regular market visits and generate sales reports
- Requirements:
- FMCG field sales experience
- Good communication & market knowledge
- Willing to travel
